The ointment contains only natural ingredients. It includes: Camphor - 11%, menthol - 10%, cajeput oil - 7%, mint oil - 6%, clove oil - 5%, cassia oil - 5%, red pepper extract - 1%, a complex of medicinal oriental herbs and essential oils. How to use Tiger Balm is applied in a thin layer to the skin surface and rubbed in with gentle massaging movements for 1-2 minutes. It is recommended to use 3-4 times a day.
